LIPCAS NV is a Belgian family business specializing in the production of pancakes and poffertjes, small Dutch-style pancakes. Its roots date back around 60 years, when Daniel Lips began a dairy business in Zwevezele supplying butter, eggs, and other dairy products to households and local businesses. Following a major fire in 2022, the company shifted its focus to pancake and poffertjes production, with a new production site established in Zwevezele in 2023.

LIPCAS supplies retail supermarkets and exports its products to more than 20 countries. It also produces for schools and associations on request. The company describes its products as 100% made in Belgium and individually quick frozen (IQF), and highlights its modern production technology and high hygiene standards. With more than 40 employees and a 4,500-square-metre site, LIPCAS combines its long-standing food-sector experience with a dedicated focus on frozen pancake products for customers in Belgium and abroad.
