## Description

Lisa Cornwell is a keynote speaker, author, and national broadcaster whose work focuses on conflict, communication, and self-awareness. A former two-sport athlete and Hall of Famer from Arkansas, she won four Arkansas Women’s State Golf Championships and became the University of Arkansas’s first post-Title IX scholarship golf player. Her broadcasting career spans over 20 years, including work with Golf Channel; she now hosts and provides play-by-play coverage for the PGA TOUR on ESPN+.

Through keynote talks, corporate retreats, and emcee engagements, Cornwell encourages audiences to communicate with intention, consider how their actions affect others, and approach conflict as an opportunity for accountability and growth. Her signature topics include the stories people tell themselves, intention versus impact, and moving from conflict to clarity.

Cornwell is also the author of Troublemaker: A Memoir of Sexism, Retaliation, and the Fight They Didn’t See Coming. The book recounts her experiences challenging workplace discrimination and institutional responses to speaking up. Her mission is to support authentic, courageous, and clear communication in professional environments.
