## Description

Lisantix is a Berlin-based HR consultancy supporting start-ups and growing companies with practical, people-focused human resources leadership and digital transformation. Founded by Katrin Müller, the company helps organizations build reliable HR foundations, navigate change and make everyday people operations more effective.

Its services include interim HR leadership and Fractional CHRO support, providing experienced direction when a company lacks HR leadership or is going through a transition. Lisantix works with teams to clarify responsibilities, establish processes and take on agreed HR tasks, either temporarily or on set days.

The company also helps clients select and implement HR software independently of vendors. This can include configuring tools, connecting systems and improving workflows, with examples such as Personio, Factorial and Ashby. Its work may cover recruiting processes, applicant tracking systems, interview training and reducing manual administration. Lisantix also considers where AI can be useful while emphasizing human review and accountability.

Alongside consulting, Lisantix shares practical HR insights through its blog.
