## Description

Lisa Sherman Home Services is a nutrition and running coaching practice led by Lisa Sherman, an experienced nutritionist, ultrarunner and recreational running coach based in Randwick, New South Wales. Its holistic approach recognises that nutrition and wellbeing are shaped by individual needs, activity levels, lifestyle, environment, stress, stage of life, health and personal goals. The practice helps clients feel stronger and more energised, improve performance and recovery, increase energy, reduce fatigue and build healthy eating habits through practical food and lifestyle changes.

Services include nutrition consultations, personalised meal planning and running coaching. Coaching can support clients preparing for events, including first marathons, with tailored training programs, regular check-ins and guidance on nutrition, recovery and mindset. Lisa also shares recipes, nutrition advice and running insights through her blog and podcasts, covering topics such as hydration, protein, race-day fuelling and training consistency. The business aims to help people develop sustainable habits and enjoy their running, whether they are working toward improved performance, a new challenge or better everyday wellbeing.
