## Description

Lis Tiger Club is a martial arts school founded in 2006 in Boa Vista, Leiria. The club describes itself as the largest martial arts school in Portugal’s central region and has more than 500 Judo and Kickboxing/Muay-Thai athletes, supported by a coaching team across its active disciplines. Its training space covers 400 square metres, including around 200 square metres of martial arts mats, and is designed to support safe practice, particularly for children.

Judo classes are divided into foundation groups for ages three to six, intermediate groups for ages six to nine, and advanced groups for participants over nine. Training emphasizes age-appropriate learning, discipline, respect, and physical, cognitive, and social development. Kickboxing and Muay-Thai, offered at the club since 2008, are available for children aged five to fourteen and adults aged fifteen and older. Facilities include a permanent official ring, seven bags, and fitness equipment for strength and cardio training. Classes serve both competitive athletes and people seeking fitness, technique, or self-defense.
