Young NTUC is the youth wing of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), with over 150,000 members aged 35 years and below. Established in 2005, Young NTUC aims to represent and support the needs and aspirations of young workers. They offer a wide range of resources and opportunities to help youths in their professional and personal growth.

One of their flagship programs is LIT (Learning Is Triggered), a comprehensive platform for youths. It provides access to resources, job placements, and connections with industry professionals. LIT organizes various events and programs throughout the year, including symposiums, marketplaces, learning journeys, career discovery, mentorship, learning circles, and conversations.

In response to the pandemic, Young NTUC has also launched LIT Mental Well-Being, focusing on increasing awareness of mental health issues and providing support skills and resources. They collaborate with unions, companies, and government agencies to offer career guidance, workplace protection, leadership development, and holistic personal development.
