## Description

**LiBRI: Literary Bibliography Research Infrastructure**

LiBRI is a collaborative initiative between the Czech Literary Bibliography at the Institute of Czech Literature (Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague) and the Polish Literary Bibliography from the Institute of Literary Research (Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw). This project is dedicated to enhancing literary studies by providing a unified, accessible interface for bibliographical databases, integrating the rich literary heritage of both nations.

At LiBRI, the primary focus is on the collection and amalgamation of literary bibliographical records, allowing researchers to discover information seamlessly. Utilizing the VuFind discovery system, the platform is tailored to meet the specific needs of literary researchers, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness. Key activities include extensive data cleaning and unification to streamline subject descriptions and persistent identifier systems.

Supported by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, LiBRI is committed to advancing literary scholarship through innovative research infrastructure. Visit our site to explore the wealth of resources we offer.
