## Description

LIT Ski Racing Academy, also known as the Ladies International Team, is a high-performance ski racing academy based in Italy’s Val di Fassa. It supports female athletes aiming to make a national team or excel in collegiate ski racing. The academy focuses on building strong fundamentals through directed free skiing, targeted drills and drill courses, and the experience of training and competing in Europe. Its long-term ambition is to help create a pathway from FIS racing to the Nor-Am, Europa Cup, and World Cup circuits.

LIT offers full-time program options and seasonal training camps. Its listed 2026 camps include sessions at Passo Stelvio and Saas-Fee, a New Zealand training block, and a Colorado camp. The coaching team includes owner and head coach Chris Knight, FIS coach and team manager Valentina Dietre, and FIS coaches Patrick Bastiani and Francesco Ciot.
