## Description

LittleCooks helps children build confidence and practical skills through hands-on cooking experiences. Its mission is to teach kids to make real food from scratch, using ingredients they can recognise, in a safe and enjoyable environment. Along the way, children practise skills such as measuring, reading, fine motor coordination, leadership and teamwork, while learning about food values, health and safety, and healthy choices. The aim is for young cooks to feel proud of what they make and become more willing to try new foods and help prepare meals at home.

LittleCooks offers after-school cooking classes for children in Year 5 and above, private sessions lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, and cupcake parties. The brand also provides recipes and a YouTube channel, and sells items through its online shop. Families describe the classes as fun and welcoming, highlighting children’s growing kitchen independence, new friendships and enjoyment of cooking. LittleCooks presents cooking as a valuable life skill and a relaxed activity where children can learn, create and enjoy food without a focus on competition.
