## Description

Little Heroes ASD is a registered charity and support group based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Its mission is to help children of all abilities, including children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), take part in activities and events that neurotypical children can enjoy. The organisation supports families by arranging inclusive activities in safe and secure surroundings, aiming to make participation accessible and positive for children and their families.

Little Heroes ASD runs sessions at its Southend hub, located at Garon Park Community Centre. The group reports delivering 220 sessions at the hub and maintaining a database of more than 1,000 families. It also shares local context, noting that more than 3,000 children in Southend were living with ASD according to the January 2023 schools census.

Families and supporters can connect with the charity through its website, email, events, news, and newsletter. Little Heroes ASD is supported by The National Lottery and holds registered charity number 1167631.
