## Description

Little Lotus Therapy, founded by Dr. Monica Jackman, focuses on trauma-informed, play-based strategies for neurodiverse children. The brand promotes an approach centered on connection, engagement, mindfulness, and learning from experience, with the belief that people do better when they feel understood rather than simply pressured to comply. Its guiding principles include “connection before correction,” recognizing that mistakes can provide useful information, and practicing skills to build them over time.

Little Lotus Therapy also supports the adults who care for and work with children. Its OpenMind Program provides therapists, educators, and caregivers with mindfulness and mental health tools intended to foster healing and growth. Through its website, the brand offers courses, a shop, blog content, and free resources, giving visitors several ways to explore its ideas and materials. Together, these offerings present Little Lotus Therapy as a resource for people seeking practical, compassionate approaches to children’s wellbeing and development, particularly in settings where neurodiversity and trauma-informed care are important considerations.
