Little Miss Hannah Foundation (LMHF) is a family-run nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas. It was established in loving memory of Hannah, a brave young girl who battled a rare disease. During Hannah's life, her family faced numerous challenges and found very few resources available to support them.

In honor of Hannah and to help other families in similar situations, LMHF was founded to directly assist local families dealing with rare and medically complex conditions. Their dedicated team of volunteers, including family members and friends who cherished Hannah, provide essential equipment and services to enhance the quality of life for these children. LMHF offers programs such as the Medical-Therapy Equipment Assistance Program, College Scholarship, Childhood Rare Disease Advocacy, and Family Support and Activities.
