## Description

Liv-ex is a global exchange and data provider serving fine wine professionals. Its platform brings market information and trading together, helping businesses price, buy and sell wine in one place. Members can connect with more than 500 fine wine businesses across 42 countries, view real-time offers and bids, and access transaction prices dating back 26 years. Liv-ex says it operates independently: it does not hold stock, trade wine or allow advertising on the Exchange.

Beyond its marketplace, Liv-ex offers market intelligence and reports to support commercial decisions, as well as automation tools for price discovery, product data management, trading and compliance. Its logistics service coordinates the movement of wine between sellers and buyers, including paperwork, authentication and payments. Liv-ex also provides LWIN, a standardised identification system designed to help the drinks trade share accurate product information. The company serves merchants, investment businesses, ecommerce sites, private collectors, traders and négociants, with membership options tailored to business needs. Its resources include blogs, podcasts, reports, indices and case studies.
