## Description

Live Fire Incidents is an unofficial public information app that helps people view fire-related incidents across Greece through an interactive map. It brings together incident information and related public data in one place, with map options and layers that users can select to explore conditions and alerts. Available features include 112 notifications, NASA FIRMS thermal hotspots, EFFIS burned-area information, fire-risk indicators, weather forecasts and warnings, rain radar, lightning, and wind speed. The map also includes public cameras and operational and geographic information, such as aircraft, ships, airports, civil protection areas, and fire service responsibility zones. Users can view earthquake information and upload their own GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, or GPX files as map layers. The app offers notifications and a community area for reports and discussion, with community features available to signed-in users. Google sign-in is used only for user accounts and community functions. Live Fire Incidents presents these tools as a public information resource, not as an official government service.
