This collaboration allows Livin Farms to enhance its insect breeding systems with an essential component for larger-scale production. The WEDA liquid feeding system, originally designed for pig feeding, has a proven track record and is adaptable to insect breeding.

With its modular scalability, the system can utilize various substrates and adjust to individual mixing temperatures. By incorporating WEDA's dosing system into Livin Farms' demonstrator site in Vienna, the company can efficiently mix, prepare, and feed substrates for insect larvae. The Intrix dosing station, with two mixing containers, ensures accurate and consistent feeding.

Additionally, Weda will provide a special container for smaller feed quantities, benefiting Livin Farms' Bio feasibility customers. Through this partnership, Livin Farms can now meet the insect feeding requirements of its diverse clientele worldwide
