# Living Communities - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `livingcommunities.com.au` ## Description Living Communities is an Australian disability support provider founded in 2020. The organisation aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment where people with disabilities can access services that help them lead fulfilling lives. Its approach centres on independence, social inclusion and person-centred care, with supports tailored to each participant’s needs and goals. The organisation describes its purpose as improving quality of life and enabling people to build meaningful connections and greater independence in their communities. Living Communities offers NDIS services including Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching, Core Supports and Capacity Building. Support Coordination helps participants navigate their NDIS plans and connect with services suited to their goals. Recovery coaches draw on knowledge or lived experience of mental illness to help people find and maintain effective supports. Core Supports assist with everyday activities, while Capacity Building services are designed to help participants work towards individual goals. The organisation also notes that its broader services span accommodation, behavioural support and assistive products. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/livingcommunities) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/livingcommunitiesau) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idzxJzWNuF/w/1010/h/885/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793267403013) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idzxJzWNuF/w/500/h/500/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793267403121) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Apple | #2cc632 | accent | | Eminence | #6b2a76 | dark | | Outrageous Orange | #ff6634 | light | ## Fonts - Poppins — asset _(google)_ - initial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
