## Description

The Living Company provides integrated furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) and interior solutions for multifamily, student housing, and hospitality projects. It works with developers, designers, owners, operators, and general contractors to turn project visions into finished spaces, coordinating design and execution from initial planning through installation.

Its offerings include furniture, cabinetry, countertops, and shower systems. Specialized divisions serve distinct market needs: University Furnishings supplies durable, design-forward furniture for student housing; Blake Solutions offers construction-ready cabinetry, countertops, and showers; TLC Hospitality provides furnishings for hotels; and Stack focuses on coordinated kitchen and bathroom environments.

The company supports projects with specialist manufacturing, in-house logistics, project management, and TLC iQ, its proprietary technology platform. Clients can use the system to follow manufacturing and quality checks, track freight and installation progress, and manage punch lists and walkthroughs. The Living Company reports more than 30 years in business, over one million beds installed, and more than 250,000 kitchens installed.
