## Description

Living Scale Up is a Swiss AI venture studio based in Lavaux, Vaud. It designs AI-native ventures, tests their assumptions and pairs promising concepts with human leaders who take responsibility for building them. Its method moves through four stages: design the business model and go-to-market approach, test and challenge the concept, prepare the company’s operating core for launch, and use evidence and a learning record to inform future decisions. Concepts may be reworked or stopped; simulations support decisions but do not replace real-market validation.

The studio’s model combines human direction and accountability with agentic operations: defined roles, scoped permissions, verification and escalation of exceptions to a human leader. Living Scale Up also invites CEOs and operators to lead ventures, investors to provide capital, corporates to partner on new ventures, and builders to join its network.

Its first venture, BuddyLeader, is an AI quoting copilot for Swiss trade-business owners. It is intended to help users describe a job, review a draft based on their catalogue and pricing rules, and approve what is sent to customers. The published introduction describes a concept, not a proven customer result or current product recording.
