## Description

Livssporet is a youth support service based in Gladsaxe, Søborg, helping children and young people build wellbeing, confidence and a stronger sense of direction. Its approach combines trusted relationships, practical activity and tailored support, with the aim of addressing challenges before they grow. The service was founded by Serhat, a trained primary school teacher, certified digital health adviser and UEFA C-licensed coach. Drawing on his experience with children and young people in schools, he considers emotional, social and physical wellbeing together.

Livssporet offers individual mentor programmes, where young people receive one-to-one support through conversations, activities and manageable steps. For concerns about school absence, it works with families and schools. Group programmes use shared activities and relationships to encourage motivation and peer support. Workshops for older school students explore algorithms and how digital habits can affect everyday life. Livssporet also helps young people and adults develop practical strategies for healthier screen use, supporting better balance, sleep, concentration and connection at home and school.
