IAMAW Local Lodge 1943, based in Middletown, Ohio, is a prominent Local Union representing nearly 2000 workers at various companies, including Cleveland-Cliffs, Pilot Chemical, Bowling Transportation, and Cummins. Established in 1943 as the Armco Employees Independent Federation, our union has a rich history of advocating for the well-being of our members, securing middle-class livelihoods during their careers and retirement. Affiliated with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers since 2006, we offer a range of services and support to our members to enhance their working conditions and benefits.
