## Description

LMFP, or the Liga Mini-Futbola Pridnestrovya, is a prominent governing body dedicated to promoting and developing mini-football across Moldova. Founded in 2016, the league fosters amateur football teams by facilitating their participation in both national and international tournaments, enhancing the grassroots connection to the sport.

The league features championships played in a 6x6 format, allowing teams from various backgrounds—ranging from city and regional representations to commercial entities and public organizations—to participate. Additionally, LMFP took a significant step in October 2019 by completing the construction of the Lions Arena, a state-of-the-art sports complex in Tiraspol, which provides accessible facilities for mini-football and other sports.

The 2023-2024 season showcases a competitive playoff structure, featuring multiple leagues and numerous clubs striving for glory. Through its efforts, LMFP aims to create a vibrant sporting community, promoting both athleticism and teamwork in Moldova.
