## Description

Locale Systems is a home automation company focused on secure, local-first devices and open software. Its products are designed to run on a home network, with the cloud optional and no subscription required for essential functions. Devices are off by default, have no default password or manufacturer backdoor, and place ownership and control in the user’s hands from setup.
