## Description

Lodlinjen is a Swedish program focused on helping people develop a healthier relationship with their phones and technology. Describing itself as Sweden’s first program for mobile dependence, it offers practical ways to understand screen habits and create more space for presence, rest and connection. Its approach brings together supportive environments, knowledge about attention and habits, and community, without treating the phone as the enemy or relying on willpower alone.

People can begin with a free, three-minute self-test that helps make phone patterns visible. Other offerings include Lod-hour, a four-week text-message program with one message each week; a three-hour evening workshop in Stockholm; and Lodlådan, a shared at-home experiment for teenagers and guardians. The main program, Offline helgen, spans four weeks, with two online sessions before a three-day phone-free retreat and two sessions afterward. The retreat includes food, nature and time together in a small group. Lodlinjen also hosts community gatherings and online webinars, giving participants opportunities to learn and connect with others.
