## Description

Logic CMX is a digital platform and incubator for independent creators, distributors, and festivals. It helps media businesses sell directly to audiences while retaining control of their content, brand, and data. Built by a collaborative team of producers, developers, designers, and industry veterans, Logic CMX brings commerce, video, and website tools together in one hub.

The platform supports online stores, merchandise, event tickets, subscriptions, donations, memberships, and licensing. Its streaming tools let customers create video-on-demand services and monetize content through rentals, purchases, and subscriptions, with connections to other video services and options for websites and apps. A drag-and-drop content management system helps users build and customize digital experiences, while features such as marketing tools, community features, discovery, data insights, sales reporting, and payout splits support audience growth and business operations.

Logic CMX also offers self-service and enterprise options, alongside professional services. For festivals, it can support in-person and digital programming and streamline operations.
