## Description

Lohjan Ratsastajat Ry is a community-focused equestrian club in Lohja, Finland, founded in 1979. It brings together local riders of all ages and experience levels, creating a welcoming environment centered on learning, enjoyment, and shared participation in horse riding. The club offers members a varied programme of events and training, with opportunities to take part in competitions, courses, recreational activities, and volunteer work. Its activities are designed to encourage involvement both in the riding arena and beyond it, supported by a friendly and inclusive community.

The club also promotes coaching opportunities, including show jumping and dressage lessons held at Laakspohja. These sessions can be arranged individually, in pairs, or in groups. Members and visitors can follow upcoming activities through the club’s events information and social media, and access competition details, a photo gallery, and membership information through its website. Lohjan Ratsastajat invites people interested in riding to join, participate, and enjoy equestrian activities together. Its work is supported by local partners, including the City of Lohja and Laakspohjan kartano.
