# Lola Brown Foundation - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `lolabrownfoundation.org` ## Description The Lola Brown Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in memory of Lola Brown, a South Carolina woman whose experience with breast cancer inspired her commitment to awareness, research, and support for others. Diagnosed at age 28, Lola continued working and encouraging young women to practice breast self-exams and prioritize their health throughout her treatment. The foundation carries forward her vision by empowering and honoring young women and families affected by breast cancer through education, awareness, scholarships, and community support. Its initiatives include the LBF Academic Scholarship, which provides college funds to eligible high school seniors who maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The foundation also hosts its signature gala, featuring speakers affected by cancer and presenting scholarships and awards. Its Paint the Town Pink weekend celebrates survivors and remembers those who have died, while raising funds for the foundation’s work. The organization also highlights early detection resources, including South Carolina’s Best Chance Network. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/The-Lola-Brown-Foundation-1478327282496338) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idoVm1vqCr/w/240/h/93/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793605962279) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idoVm1vqCr/w/720/h/720/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793605962498) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Violet Red | #ee2c82 | accent | | Mine Shaft | #313131 | dark | | Apricot Peach | #fbc7c5 | light | ## Fonts - Montserrat — asset _(google)_ - Lora — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
