## Description

Loopr is an onchain yield protocol for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Orbit layer-2 network. It helps users put idle stock positions to work without selling them by borrowing USDG against stock tokens and routing the borrowed capital into verified yield pools. Its Uniswap V4 Dual Pool Hook coordinates borrowing and yield routing in one atomic transaction, so if either step fails, the whole transaction reverts. Users can unwind at any time, returning their stock to their wallet without a lockup or multi-step process.

Loopr provides permissionless, isolated markets for individual stocks, with oracle pricing from Chainlink and autonomous liquidity agents that route capital and support auto-compounding. Its dashboard and calculator display market-specific borrowing rates, pool yields, and position estimates. Loopr surfaces independently curated pools, labeled active or candidate, and does not operate its own yield pool or take custody of funds. The protocol cautions that stock-token prices may remain stale outside market hours and during corporate actions, which can affect liquidation risk.
