## Description

Lorne Park Foundation supports the education and development of leaders serving Canadian Free Methodist churches. Working closely with The Free Methodist Church in Canada, the Foundation provides scholarships and educational funding to help pastors, ministry candidates, and lay leaders gain high-quality training and serve more effectively.

Its programs include scholarships for seminary and other advanced studies, as well as support for part-time or full-time courses and continuing education for people already in ministry. The Foundation also helps local churches access outsourced online discipleship training. In partnership with Tyndale University in Toronto, it manages a cooperative initiative supporting the Donald N. and Kathleen G. Bastian Chair of Wesley Studies, which teaches Wesleyan theology.

Lorne Park Foundation funds its work through endowment resources and donations. Supporters can contribute monthly or make one-time, planned, or special gifts, including gifts to establish memorial scholarships. The Foundation also invites eligible students to apply for scholarships for Christian higher education and offers information to churches interested in discipleship training support.
