## Description

Losgelassenheit nach Maaß is an equestrian training service founded by Julia Maaß, an experienced riding instructor and qualified horse trainer based in the Oberursel (Taunus) area. Since becoming self-employed in 2025, Maaß has focused on delivering her own specialist clinics at host stables, helping riders develop their horses through thoughtful, horse-friendly gymnastic work.

The clinics use ground poles and cavaletti to improve rhythm, suppleness, balance, precision, responsiveness, and overall rideability. Sessions may include varied pole patterns and, if participants wish, a small course with jumps to bring the exercises together. They are designed for riders across disciplines, from leisure riders and jumping beginners to more experienced riders, and can also support horses that need help finding a regular rhythm. Each clinic includes shared theory followed by instruction in groups of three, with exercises adapted to participants’ needs.

Training is available only with riders’ own horses or suitable horses provided by the host venue; Maaß does not offer school horses.
