After exploring opportunities in Napa Valley and Oregon’s Willamette Valley, they discovered Virginia’s wine country in 2007. Impressed by the quality, they decided to make their dreams come true and purchased Lost Creek in 2012. Lost Creek Winery focuses on letting the fruit speak for itself, utilizing sustainable vineyard practices and minimal intervention in the cellar. Their winemaking style showcases the local fruit of Loudoun County, resulting in elegant and complex wines. Their Chardonnay is barrel fermented in French Oak barrels, while their red wines undergo extended maceration. All wines from Lost Creek are 100% made from Loudoun County grapes, sourced from their Estate Vineyard and local fruit.
