## Description

The Taiwan Rabbit Saving Association is dedicated to the conservation of the native Taiwan rabbit, an endemic subspecies facing significant threats from habitat destruction and urban development. The association is in the process of establishing a dedicated rescue base focused on the rescue, care, and rehabilitation of these wild rabbits. Located in Shimen Mountain, New Taipei City, the base will operate in conjunction with two existing centers in Taipei and Kaohsiung, serving as relay stations for the public to report found rabbits.

Once rescued, the rabbits will receive proper care, undergo training for eventual release back into their natural habitat, and the association aims to enhance public awareness about the importance of wildlife preservation. They offer various services, including educational programs, volunteer opportunities, and pet adoption for other small animals. With years of experience and a team of dedicated professionals, the Taiwan Rabbit Saving Association continues to spearhead efforts to protect and revitalize Taiwan's native rabbit populations, ensuring their survival for future generations.
