## Description

Lower Laurel Farm presents specialist accessible holiday accommodation on the edge of the Mendips, designed to help guests with disabilities enjoy a safe, comfortable and restorative stay. Its three properties were purpose-designed with input from an occupational therapist and feature hoists, wet rooms and spacious living areas, alongside equipment and adaptations tailored to different needs.

Mountain Lodge sleeps up to six and includes features such as height-adjustable surfaces, with a focus on guests with acute allergies. Coastal Cottage also sleeps up to six and offers adaptations including braille labels for guests with visual impairments; it is pet friendly. Woodland House is designed with neurodivergent guests in mind, accommodates up to 12, and is scheduled to open for bookings in May 2027. The site also describes respite stays for people with complex needs and welcomes enquiries from care providers and organisations. It offers information to support risk assessments, including equipment testing documentation, video walkthroughs and site visits. Occupational therapy consulting is also listed.
