香港生涯規劃協會 (Hong Kong Life Planning Association) 是香港的首個專注於生涯規劃的非牟利教育機構，亦是全球歷史悠久的生涯發展專業機構國際生涯發展學會 (NCDA) 於香港的認可授權。協會由一群關心香港教育發展及青年成長的有志之士組成，旨在匯聚社會各界人士，為本港青年及學校提供專業而多元化的服務及活動。  香港生涯規劃協會鼓勵青年「認識自我，成就自己，貢獻自己」，並支援學校發展校本生涯規劃教育政策，推動香港生涯規劃教育的發展。面對全球一體化、資訊爆炸和科技發展的挑戰，協會主張教育應促使青年持續發展個人潛能，繼而貢獻社會。他們以肯定非正規教育及體驗式學習為基礎，與正規教育相輔相成，共同創造香港青年教育願景。  香港生涯規劃協會提供包括專業培訓、諮詢服務、實習和交流等多項服務。他們與逾500間大專院校、中學和機構合作，培訓逾250名生涯專業人員，並舉辦逾1,000場生涯規劃活動。協會的目標是推動香港生涯規劃教育的發展，提供專業而多元化的服務，支援學校發展校本生涯規劃教育政策，並匯聚社會各界精英翹楚，共同創造香港青年教育願景。.
