## Description

Linköpings Sportdykarklubb (LSDK) is a diving and underwater sports club founded in 1966, with around 100 members. Based in Linköping, the club welcomes people interested in sport diving, snorkelling and freediving, apnea, underwater rugby, and mermaiding. Its activities combine specialist training with opportunities for members across disciplines to meet through annual dive camps and other club events.

LSDK offers regional club dives using its own boat, as well as CMAS sport-diving courses. Snorkelling courses are available at three levels, while apnea training focuses on competitive freediving with safety as a priority. The underwater rugby team competes in Sweden’s Allsvenskan league and trains twice a week.

Membership includes access to activities such as pool sessions, excursions, and dive camps, along with courses, training, and opportunities for certification and further education. Members can also use club equipment, including masks, fins, wetsuits, drysuits, regulators, buoyancy compensators, and cylinders, as well as a compressor and boat. Additional membership benefits include insurance and membership in the Swedish Sports Diving Federation.
