## Description

LTB Leadership is a leadership development and team-building provider founded by Lana T. Bavle. It helps individuals, municipalities, and other organizations strengthen relationships, communication, and leadership skills to support personal and team growth, success, and productivity. Its training and programs focus on team-building practices and leadership fundamentals, with services including workshops, professional development, keynote presentations, municipal governance support, and facilitation.

The Super Leaders Program is a four-part offering that organizations can take in full or in part. Its stages cover self-assessment using SDI Assessments, understanding oneself in relation to others, creating a team charter, and applying leadership fundamentals with a focus on relationships. LTB Leadership also offers an online program comprising nine modules on leadership, communication, accountability, and team dynamics. Founder Lana Bavle is a certified facilitator for Crucial Learning SDI Assessments and the author of Stop Being a Super Chicken. Through its programs and resources, LTB Leadership aims to help teams collaborate, address conflict, and build practical strategies for working effectively together.
