## Description

The Literature Translation Institute of Korea (LTI Korea) is a public institution dedicated to sharing Korean literature with readers around the world. Guided by the vision of connecting cultures through literature and opening new possibilities for the future, it supports the translation, publication, and international circulation of Korean works.

Its programs assist overseas publishers with translation and publication, provide support for sample translations and synopses, and help promote the export of Korean literary rights. The Institute also supports international outreach, literary exchange, and awards that recognize achievement in Korean literature translation. To develop professional talent, it operates a Translation Academy, offers translation workshops with overseas Korean studies programs, and provides training and career support for translators.

LTI Korea further promotes Korean literature through international book fairs, festivals, author events, and public-facing resources. Its services include a specialist translation library, a digital library, publications, and the English-language quarterly Korean Literature Now.
