## Description

LUCA Longevity Group is a therapeutically guided longevity service with studios in Munich, Berlin and Zurich. Its approach combines health diagnostics, tailored protocols and ongoing support to help members understand their health and make informed changes. A check-up measures more than 150 data points, including blood markers, cellular health, cardiovascular function, mobility, body composition and biological age. The findings are explained in an accessible Longevity Report and used to create an individual plan. This may bring together therapies, technology, training and coaching, with scheduled appointments and team support. After 90 days, members are measured again to assess changes and review next steps.

LUCA offers check-ups, individual treatments, applications, coaching, protocols, memberships, session packages and gift vouchers. Services are delivered by a team that includes physiotherapists, osteopaths, naturopaths and sports scientists, with support from specialist physicians. Treatments can also be booked without a check-up, although an initial consultation may be needed. LUCA presents its services as evidence-based and complementary to, not a replacement for, a person’s regular medical care.
