Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority, now known as Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH), has been providing affordable housing options to adults, seniors, and children since 1933. They offer a range of housing programs, including Affordable Housing (also referred to as Low Income Public Housing or LIPH), Housing Choice Voucher, Mixed-Income, and Market-Rate housing units. Their housing portfolio consists of over 2,600 Affordable Housing units, nearly 4,700 Housing Choice Vouchers, 322 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units, 198 Market-Rate units, and 107 Rent-to-Own properties.
