Founded by Richard Lucas, the agency takes great pride in representing some of Canada's leading talents in the film and television industry. Operating as a premiere agency, Lucas Talent Inc. represents actors, voice artists, writers, directors, and other "above the line" personnel.

With a strong emphasis on reputation, the agency is a founding member of TAMAC (Talent Agencies and Managers Association of Canada) and is licensed (#449753) by the Ministry of Labour, Province of British Columbia. The agency offers a wide range of services, including representing actors for films, movies for television, and episodic television. They also represent talented writers, directors, story editors, showrunners, and picture editors within the industry.

Additionally, the agency represents voice artists for commercials, narration, and animation, and has a dedicated background division for booking talent on feature films, TV series, and commercials shot in and around Vancouver. Lucas Talent Inc. also represents Canadian drag performers and provides services for commercials. They also offer opportunities for assistants and associates within their team.

Prospective talents in various divisions can submit their materials for consideration, such as screenwriting resumes, demo reels, headshots, and resumes, among others. The agency prioritizes new young talents who have completed recognized professional training programs. However, physical copies of materials sent to the agency will not be returned.

Lucas Talent Inc. prides itself on representing award-winning clients who have worked in leading roles in films and television series across Canada, the U.S.A., and around the world. The agency seeks to provide guidance, direction, and opportunities to their clients, always striving for their success and development in the industry.
