## Description

Lucrosus Capital is a contributor to the Bittensor ecosystem, focused on scaling decentralized AI through mining, product development, consulting, and portfolio management. In Bittensor, mining means contributing useful intelligence rather than securing blocks, with rewards tied to the value a model provides. Lucrosus participates in this model while also building software products, supporting projects from early concepts through launch, and helping teams develop solutions for real-world needs.

The company offers hands-on consulting for organizations working to scale decentralized AI, including guidance on subnet strategy, tokenomics, and infrastructure. It also allocates resources to projects that support the Bittensor network and aims to help them grow over the long term. Bittensor is a decentralized network where participants can create, train, and access AI, with rewards distributed to miners, validators, and subnet builders according to usefulness. Through its work across mining, technology, and ecosystem support, Lucrosus Capital seeks to help advance products and infrastructure within this network.
