## Description

Lucy is a Peppol-first e-invoicing platform designed to make digital invoicing easier for entrepreneurs and accountants. It supports collaboration by giving accountants an overview of their clients and control over their office’s Peppol workflow, while helping businesses send documents directly to their bookkeeping and other software. The platform is described as compliant with current legislation.

Entrepreneurs can receive invoices in a dedicated inbox, organize documents in a searchable archive, create and send sales invoices without stated volume limits, and make payments. Lucy’s multisender feature lets users forward documents to multiple destinations, such as an accountant, mailbox, or business software. Documents are available to both the entrepreneur and accountant in real time.

For accountants, Lucy provides a central view of clients, their software connections, and Peppol access point status. It can automatically forward client invoices to bookkeeping systems and connect with accounting packages and other tools, including ERP, CRM, reporting, and stock-management software. Lucy offers a 30-day free trial for entrepreneurs, support articles, chatbot assistance, and an online webinar.
