## Description

Lucy Westlake is an American mountaineer, endurance athlete, and advocate who uses her climbing achievements to encourage girls and young women to pursue outdoor adventures. She holds the American record as the youngest woman to summit Mount Everest and the world record as the youngest female to climb the highest peak in all 50 U.S. states. A University of Southern California cross-country and track athlete and two-time USA Triathlon Junior All-American, Lucy began climbing at age seven. She has climbed five of the seven continental high points and aims to complete the Explorers Grand Slam, inspiring others to challenge perceived limits along the way.

Lucy’s mission also focuses on closing the gender gap in mountaineering and raising awareness and funds for the global water crisis. Her website shares information about her expeditions, achievements, media appearances, and future goals, alongside photos and blog posts about climbing and travel. Visitors can explore her biography, follow her journey, and support her mission through LucyClimbs merchandise.
