## Description

Ludothek Langnau am Albis is a community game-lending library in Langnau am Albis, Switzerland, offering an alternative to buying games. Its collection is available through an online catalogue, and members can borrow up to six games at a time. A family membership costs CHF 50 per year or CHF 30 for six months and allows unlimited borrowing, with each loan lasting up to four weeks, excluding school holidays. Loans may be extended once for 14 days, subject to restrictions on reserved and popular games. Visitors can also try the service without a membership for CHF 5 per game; a deposit may be required. Games can be reserved for CHF 2, while play and disco boxes may be borrowed for one week and reserved free of charge. The library asks borrowers to return items clean, complete and on time, and offers repairs for its games. Opening hours vary by weekday, selected Fridays and Saturdays, and summer holiday dates, so visitors are advised to check the annual schedule.
