LUNA Omakase is an intimate Japanese dining experience located within Los Mochis London City, on the ninth floor of 100 Liverpool Street. With just 12 seats at its counter, the restaurant serves a 12-course menu inspired by the seasons and the changing lunar cycle, so each visit offers a different culinary journey. Its Sosaku-style Edomae cuisine brings together traditional Japanese methods, including ageing, curing and marinating fish, with creative ingredients and contemporary touches. Led by Executive Head Chef Leonard Tanyag, whose career spans more than 20 years in Japanese restaurants, LUNA presents each dish as part of a personal, carefully crafted story. The menu features raw and cooked fish and shellfish, and is gluten-free, nut-free and celery-free. LUNA operates by reservation, with sittings Tuesday through Saturday; bookings require full pre-payment, and drinks pairings and additional drinks are available separately. The brand also offers curated experiences, including a featured Dom Pérignon Champagne pairing, and shares restaurant news and reservation releases through its newsletter.
