## Description

Luna Geboortecoaching is the birth coaching practice of Sabrina, a holistic doula serving families in the Amsterdam and Haarlemmermeer region, as well as across Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Utrecht and Flevoland. With a calm, caring and down-to-earth approach, Sabrina supports expectant parents in preparing for pregnancy, birth and the arrival of their baby. Her work pays particular attention to birth imprints: unconscious patterns and beliefs connected with a person’s own birth that may influence their experience of pregnancy and childbirth. She also values the baby’s awareness and bonding during pregnancy and birth.

Services include introductory and preparation sessions, help developing birth preferences, optional support at a midwife or gynaecologist appointment, and continuous emotional, practical and mental support during labour at home, in a birth centre or in hospital. Packages include full birth coaching and a last-minute option from 36 weeks. Depending on the package, support also includes on-call availability, a postpartum visit, follow-up access and use of a birth TENS device. Sabrina does not provide medical care or assume medical responsibility.
