The Foundation for LCFS, or Lutheran Child and Family Services, is dedicated to engaging and empowering families and communities through love, compassion, faith, and support. Their mission is to create a community that is safe and stable, where individuals can find respect, healing, and hope. LCFS offers a range of programs and services designed to fulfill their mission and meet the needs of their constituents.

Their residential programs, such as Lutherwood Residential Treatment Center, Trinity House Independent Living Group Home, and Emergency Shelter Care, provide support for youth who have experienced abuse and neglect. In addition to their residential programs, LCFS also offers community-based programs like home-based therapeutic services and collaborations with various organizations such as Community Health Network, Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township, and Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana. To support their important work, LCFS welcomes donations, both monetary and in-kind, as well as volunteers who want to make a difference in their community.
