## Description

Lux is a brand focused on iPhone and iPad photography and video, combining camera apps with in-depth coverage of mobile imaging. Its products serve a range of users, from people seeking accessible creative tools to those looking for professional camera controls and workflows.

Halide is Lux’s pro camera app for iPhone and iPad, designed for photography. Spectre is an AI-powered long-exposure camera app, described as free and available to everyone. Kino offers cinematic video recording on iPhone, with professional color presets. Orion turns an iPad into an HDMI monitor, extending its use for viewing camera or other video output.

Alongside its apps, Lux publishes camera reviews, technical explainers, design and engineering articles, and updates about its products. Its editorial coverage includes evaluations of recent iPhone cameras and discussions of features such as Apple Log and HDR. The brand’s work centers on helping people understand and make more of their devices’ cameras, whether they are capturing photos, recording video, or exploring the technology behind mobile imaging.
