The Lyceum of Monterey County, established in 1960, is one of the oldest non-profit organizations in Monterey County, dedicated to providing educational programs to the local community. With a mission to inspire a lifelong love of learning, The Lyceum offers a wide range of products and services. Their Academic Events, including Mock Trial, History Day, Spelling Bee, Model UN, and Expanding Your Horizons, provide unique opportunities for students to develop skills in public speaking, debate, analysis, group dynamics, presentation, and research.

Additionally, their Enrichment Activities offer instruction in fine arts, sciences, mathematics, robotics, language, design thinking, and outdoor activities. Students can explore diverse subjects, from rocketry to botanical art. The Lyceum also hosts fun and educational Summer Camps each year, allowing students to explore new areas of interest and build lasting friendships.
