LYSOA Inc. Our mission at Lynn Youth Street Outreach Advocacy (LYSOA) is to guide these young individuals towards a positive and purposeful life. Offering advocacy and outreach services, LYSOA extends support not only to youth and young adults, but also to their families.

At LYSOA, we believe in actively engaging with our community. Through outreach activities, we encourage participation in community development and assist in job searches. Our case management services provide comprehensive assistance to our participants and their families, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

We specialize in street-level interaction, nurturing relationships with at-risk individuals and providing essential services such as job searches, education referrals, community development, and family development. Additionally, we collaborate with the Lynn Juvenile Probation Department to address behavioral challenges faced by our youth. LYSOA also promotes conflict resolution and offers mediation techniques to our at-risk and proven-risk participants.

To ensure customized support, we conduct initial basic assessments to understand their needs and refer them to counseling providers for further evaluation. In recognition of our impactful work, we have received the prestigious Cummings Foundation Grant. Located at 312A Union Street, Lynn, MA 01901, our organization operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
