## Description

M2 Partners is a New England executive search and talent-sourcing firm specializing in Human Resources leadership. Founded in 2013 by Janet Mullert and Wende Malster, the firm draws on more than 25 years of combined search experience to help organizations find leaders who support business goals and build effective HR teams. Its clients include Fortune 500 companies, growth-stage businesses, and start-ups across industries such as technology, life sciences, financial services, and nonprofits.

M2 Partners provides consultative executive search services, from analyzing an organization’s current and future needs to identifying and assessing candidates. Its process considers skills, performance, leadership style, workplace preferences, and organizational culture, helping both clients and candidates understand whether the opportunity is a strong fit. The firm recruits for roles ranging from first Chief People Officers to senior HR leaders and specialists in areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning, and development. With a small, collaborative team and a focus on hands-on service, M2 Partners aims to build HR teams that help organizations attract, retain, and develop talent, advancing innovation, productivity, and success.
